Jakarta, October 30, 2018 – TAUZIA Hotels scoped 9 Traveloka Awards during the second Traveloka Hotel Awards 2018. The event was held on October 19 to give awards to hotel partners who received and strived for positive reviews throughout 2017. Located in ICE BSD City, the event also

Similar to the previous year, Traveloka Hotel Awards 2018 evaluates the award winners based on user reviews. The main consideration for basing the award selection on user reviews is due to the high impact of user reviews on the tourism industry, especially in the hospitality sector. This is also supported by the high level of internet penetration and technology in Southeast Asia, where customers now have easier access information, and at the same time, the hotel can connect with their customers
through digital platforms.

The awards were divided into 3 classes of hotels Value, Premium and Prestige as well as into 4 categories namely food, cleanliness, service and overall. A total of 224 awards were given to hotels in 11 regions in Indonesia. Traveloka also awarded 15 hotels in other countries in South East Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines.
