HARRIS Hotel Samarinda - Food & Beverage Manager

Organize and lead the guest services in all F&B outlets and areas. Ensure the experience meets the requirements of the guest, with responsibilities as follows:
  • Coordinating and monitoring the services delivered by the department in order to ensure that guests receive the best possible service
  • Manage menu and pricing in line with the stated F&B objectives of the hotel and the brand
  • Analyze the market needs and trends and lead the definition of the hotel’s overall Food & Beverage offer
  • Ensure all work areas in the F&B outlets are kept tidy and clean as per relevant hygiene and safety standards
  • Know the HACCP standards and ensure they bare properly implemented by the team
  • Set means of control and regular follow up & reporting
  • Identify training needs and to ensure departmental training plans are developed and implemented in accordance with company standards
