HARRIS Hotel Seminyak - Director of Sales & Marketing

Build, develop and supervise all sales & marketing activities to support the hotel's performance. Develop sales forecast as well as advertising and promotional program and pricing strategies, with responsibilities as follow:
  • Developing & conducting campaigns to maintain and further develop the customer portfolio, as well as designing marketing and promotional plans
  • Developing & conducting campaigns to maintain and further develop the customer portfolio, as well as designing marketing and promotional plans
  • Analyze and check how the market in the sector is developing: monthly reporting, preparation of management charts, budget management
  • Provide Sales Weekly report from the previous week, and arrange Sales Call Schedule for the following week
  • Invite Business Partner to see our hotel, arrange duty rooster for Sales Team and Sales Monthly report
  • Identify training needs and to ensure departmental training plans are developed and implemented in accordance with company standards
