HARRIS Hotel Sentul - Human Resources Manager

Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, recruiting, implementing, training and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Oversee the employee's development and ensure effective staff management. With responsibilities as follow: 
  • Ensuring all human resources activities: recruitment, induction, training, mobility, career development are implemented by the managers for all employee. Ensure employee has access to development plans as per corporate policy and recommendations
  • Prepare annual salaries & benefits surveys and update the hotel’s salary scales and benefits plan
  • Review disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with labor law and hotel policy
  • Keep the staff informed about the company's ongoing human resources policies
  • Coordinate employee's social activities program
  • Identify training needs and to ensure departmental training plans are developed and implemented in accordance with company standards
